We recommend you start with the size that you wear and fits you comfortably now. Our sleepwear is loose fit and can accommodate a size either side. So if you're a standard 10, but like things baggy, buy a M/12. If you're a standard 10 who prefers more fitted, buy the S/10. Our size L/14 can normally accommodate a size 16 also.
